Drs. Weninger & Weninger reached out to Zubarc in 2020 during the pandemic. They were seeking to complete their new office location build-out to accommodate their increasing demand and growth.  The Doctors and Staff placed a high value on function and due to the size and scope of the large project were also seeking a high-value proposition - quality - function - price.

Our design team consulted with their team multiple times during the design phase.  During our consultation, our team was able to also make a few floorplans & flow recommendations allowing our productions to better serve the intended areas of interest. The final product is a true combination of functional/modern.
