It all starts here. ZuBarc has designed & engineered the Freedom Series utilizing the latest in 3D modeling and Material Utilization.
Computer Controlled
Individually designed wood components for each client order, fabricated using high precision computer-controlled machining centers. High level of automation ensures repeatable product and preserves ability to reproduce any wood component.
Water & Rust Resistance
Water & Rust Resistant sub-bases standard on all offerings. Optional water-resistant complete modules throughout entire base sections of our ST Series of Sterilization Centers.
Weight & Load Specifications
Freedom utilizes load-specific drawers, slides, rail systems, and components to properly and safely support the heavier equipment items such as sterilizers, rear delivery systems, side delivery systems, and assistant’s worksurfaces to eliminate drifting and instability.
Construction
- 3/4" versus traditional 5/8" board thickness
- Load bearing modules from Plywood versus Particle Board to ensure max strength and rigidity
- Load specific slides for Autoclaves, Statims & Milling machines
Edge Banding
A must for dental applications. Our Edge Adhesion Technology is applied to all exposed ends eliminating the two most common issues. This technology creates solid seals along the perimeter of components so cleaning solutions cannot cause delamination of band over time, while eliminating all "glue lines" between the edge banding and the cut edge of wood.
Countertops
Our Freedom line comes standard with solid surface countertops to provide customers the proper non-porous surface critical for asepsis control in their operatory environments.
Soft Close Environments
All Freedom Series cabinets include standard soft-close door and drawer systems to reduce noise, increase component longevity, and add that quality feel you expect from a ZuBarc product.
Plumbing & Electrical Consideration
Carefully engineered plumbing & electrical cutouts and notching ease installation and technician access for equipment servicing or replacement.

Freedom customers can choose from an array of vertical surface options as well as choose from variations in faucet and handle color finishes to best compliment the current or planned office décor.
